Joseph Nosse, the founder of Frontier Ciderworks LLC in Jefferson, OH. He is an inquisitive cidermaker, an admirer of apples, and an avid cider enthusiast. He completed an internship with ANXO Cider in the summer of 2021, and when he is not exploring the connection between cider and food, he serves as a trial attorney for the Department of Justice and as a Major in the U.S. Army Reserve JAG Corps. 

He chose to become a Certified Pommelier because he wants to expand the depth of his personal knowledge of pairing cider with food and grow cider both as a premium and approachable imbibe and an industry.
