Jenna Boucher
Jenna Boucher is deeply passionate about the craft beverage industry, specifically cider. She began her career in the beverage industry working at breweries, but a celiac diagnosis led her to discovering her passion for cider. So Jenna traded in the grains for some galas and she learned from the ground up by reading and watching every textbook, YouTube video, and Reddit post she could get her hands on. She’s since been the Head Cidermaker at two different Canadian cideries (currently at Two Blokes Cider in Ontario) and has taken home two Best In Class awards from GLINTCAP, the world’s largest cider competition. She absolutely loves to talk cider with anyone who will listen, and is keen to support cider’s growth in the market. She’s happiest when she’s in her overalls and working with barrels, or running a tasting session in the taproom teaching the guests all about the magic of fermentation.
