Elissa Rocle

After moving to the Hudson Valley in 2021, Elissa only sought a part-time job while finishing her Bachelor’s Degree. She joined Angry Orchard as a Cidery Ambassador. Leading tours and tastings, she quickly developed a passion for cider. Surrounded by a talented and supportive team, Elissa continued learning more about the industry and sharing that knowledge with guests. In her current role as Taproom Assistant Manager, she oversees and curates cider placement across the bars, gift shop, tours, and rental programs at the Cider House.

To strengthen her expertise, Elissa earned her Certified Pommelier™ accreditation. She believes the certification helps highlight cider’s unique history and cultural importance.
