Tasmine (Tas) Fraser

Tasmine (Tas) Fraser, aka @girlwithaciderreview on IG, is an Ontario-based cider advocate and content creator who has been championing craft cider since launching her platform in 2018. What began as a passion project centered around a drink she loved has evolved into a cider expertise adventure. For her, the cider world is a cherished space where she has built special friendships, community, and has been able to explore delicious craft beverages. Through her account, Tas brings awareness to the depth and diversity of cider while highlighting craft producers across Canada and beyond. She is deeply committed to supporting the cider community, fellow content creators, and underrepresented voices, using her platform to foster connection, visibility, and inclusivity.

With a background in social work, she is passionate about creating safe, welcoming, and inclusive spaces both online and in person. She is a 2024 recipient of the Cider Is For Everyone ACA scholarship, a former board member of Cider Canada, and has also explored a small amount of cider-making firsthand.

Known for her engaging and creative approach, Tas blends education with fun, challenging misconceptions, and helping others discover that there truly is a cider for everyone. She is proud to represent Canada and is excited to continue sharing her passion. A full-circle moment in her journey, Tas completed (and passed) her Pommelier exam on the 8th anniversary of starting her cider account!

She chose to become a Certified Pommelier™ to deepen her knowledge and add credibility to the passion she’s shared as a cider content creator for several years. She wanted to challenge herself, expand her understanding of the craft, and continue growing within an industry she truly loves.
This certification allows her to better support producers, educate others, and create more meaningful, informed content, while opening new opportunities to contribute to the cider community.

Certified Pommelier™ Tasmine (Tas) Fraser earned her advanced certification at CiderCon® 2026 in Providence, RI.
