Chris Leimena

Chris Leimena is an Oregon-based Certified Pommelier™ with a lifelong passion for hospitality. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he spent a decade working in professional kitchens before transitioning into roles in service, management, and wine. That path eventually led him to cider, where he discovered the same depth, nuance, and sense of place that first inspired his love of food and beverage.

Today, Chris represents Bauman’s Cider, enthusiastically spreading the gospel of cider and sharing his passion for all things apple with audiences across the Pacific Northwest.
