The first level of ACA's Certified Cider Professional program is the Certified Cider Guide. The Certified Cider Guide online exam is geared toward servers, taproom employees, bottle shop staff, bartenders, sales reps, and wholesalers. ACA Members get 33% off of Certified Cider Guide training and exam materials. Discounts are found by purchasing webinars and exams when logged into ACA's website with your membership login, or by using the Eventbrite discount code promoted in workshop announcements on our blog.
The Certified Pommelier exam is the second level certfication of our CCP program. The Certified Pommelier exam is taken in person and consists of short answer and essay questions plus a sensory evaluation portion. American Cider Association members can find the member discount code in the Resource Hub.
Pathway to Pommelier Sensory Analyis Webinars
Pathway to Certified Pommelier Sensory Analysis Webinars are also discounted for ACA members and can be found in the Resource Hub. Live sensory analysis webinars are also discounted for ACA members.
