This year, we’re bringing together nearly 30 of the state’s finest cider producers for an afternoon of bold flavors, community spirit, and orchard-to-glass storytelling. Surrounded by the beauty of California’s Central Coast, you’ll sip and savor an incredible variety of ciders, meet the makers behind them, and experience why this festival has become a cornerstone of the California cider culture.

But the weekend begins the night before with something truly special…

Connoisseur Night ~ Friday, August 22nd
An intimate and elevated gathering for the true cider enthusiast. Guests will enjoy rare and small-batch pours not available during the main festival, meet the cidermakers in a relaxed, personal setting, and take part in two engaging educational sessions:

• A guided cider tasting led by Certified Pommelier Brandon Buza, one of the West Coast’s leading voices in cider education
• A talk with a local orchardist dedicated to reviving traditional cider apple varieties right here in California

With artisan bites, thoughtfully curated pours, and good conversation under the stars, Connoisseur Night sets the stage for an unforgettable weekend of cider.
