imported apples and labeling

Hello all – with apple stocks whittling down in eastern US, we’re trying to figure out what the impact would be if we were to use apples from overseas this summer. Non-alcoholic juice/cider labeling requires “country of origin” of the fruit or concentrate to be identified on the label/packaging – does anyone know if this also applies to hard cider?
