Swilled Dog Hard Cider is looking for an experienced, full time Brand Ambassador to join our growing team! We are a fast paced, dog-friendly, fun, and quickly expanding family company where everyone pushes their skills, resources and creativity to the limits, striving to provide our consumers the most refreshing, fun, and flavorful hard ciders on the market. SUMMARY:
As a key member of our team, the Swilled Dog Brand Ambassador is responsible for driving a collaborative effort to increase sales and brand awareness in our existing markets and across our key accounts. To accomplish this, you will build relationships with both on- and off-premise accounts ranging from big box retail and bottle shops to bars and restaurants in order to meet company objectives. Through building long-term and impactful relationships, you will promote our brands in the West Virginia market, measuring the effectiveness of your approach and developing innovative and fun ways to grow the Swilled Dog brand. Also, as the Brand Ambassador, you will work with our Marketing Team to develop and work select events to help create a fun and engaging brand experience for our consumers throughout the footprint. We are accepting candidates from all over the state of West Virginia

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Support Swilled Dog Hard Cider’s Core Values and Purpose
• Manage a pre-defined territory in West Virginia
• Assist in managing distributor relationships, route penetration, and inventory levels
• Assist in managing key account and strategic partner relationships
• Assist in developing and working select Swilled Dog events throughout the year
• Work with the Marketing Team to drive promotion of our brands in existing markets
• Influence distributor focus and develop tactics to increase their commitment to our brand
• Support new business initiatives/research and build presentations/proposals for distributors and key accounts

REQUIREMENTS:
• One to three years’ experience in alcohol/beverage industry preferred
• Knowledge and experience related to the three-tier sales system
• Willing to work in a collaborative environment
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial minded
• Strong time-management skills
• Must be willing to travel
• Ability to work select weekends and evenings throughout the year
• Financial and business acumen
• Charitably inclined and a passion for making an impact in West Virginia
• Must love our four-legged friends
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required
