Pete Serventi

Pete Serventi is the farmer and cidermaker at Serventi Ranch, located in Corralitos, California, in the heart of Pajaro Valley apple country. He is passionate about sustainable land stewardship, and his orchard-based cidery produces small-batch organic ciders from fruit he grows and harvests at the ranch.

Pete pursued the Pommelier certification to hone his knowledge, palate and ability to communicate the unique characteristics of cider with industry-wide consistency.
