Chase Rochon

Chase Rochon is a hospitality professional and cider enthusiast currently living in his home state of Maine.  He fell in love with cider at an early age, finding the beverage when cider was still largely undiscovered and unexplored in America.  Although focusing predominantly on craft cocktails in his hospitality career, cider has always found its way into his bar programs.  He is now an owner of Craft Curbside, a hyperlocally sourced restaurant and bottle shop located in Gray, Maine with one of the most extensive cider lists in the country.
